Kirobito means Flea!
Definition of "Lead Generation"
The action or process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for a business's products or services.
You do not want lead ... you want to sell. No matter how many leads you get, if you cannot turn it into a sales, they don't mean anything. It is specially bad if you had to pay for the leads, not sales. Would it be great if you only pay when you sell something.
But nobody does that ... Well, at least for now.
KIROBITO SYSTEM that we are creating will change that. It will be 100% free to use and even if you make a sale, you don't need to pay anything. This system can be used for P2P, B2P, B2B.

I have many business and product ideas which I have accumulated for years. I ahem never shared any of those ideas until I have developed or abandoned it. Today, I am sharing one of the product ideas.
I think the car company should provide a keep-cool or keep-warm button in the car that by pressing the button, car will use its battery to operate its air conditioning (AC) for say 30 minutes to an hour with our engine running and key is not in the ignition. While it is running the AC, it should display AC in use.
This is to keep the car cool or warm enough for pets for short period of time. Now I said it, it is in the public ... nobody can patent it now unless it is already patented.
I don't see ordering Kiosk in the US ... I wonder why.
This will reduce (1) Order Mistakes (2) Cost (3) Theft ... I think there is a need for this in the US.
There are many brands and one of the most successful brand for closing chains are ZARA. You may have seen them in the shopping malls all over the world. They are targeting younger audiences and are very successful. You may think they are young company but they were sounded back in 1975.
I think their success is due to many things but (1) Store Locations (2) Lower Pricing (3) Large Selections. So that means, younger audiences are looking for (1) Convenience (2) Save Money (3) Choices ... We really have to think about how we can provide all those.
https://www.zara.com/us/
PS: Looking at their website ... there is nothing for people ver 40.
I went to their workshop today.
They are swamped with orders.
Kusak is a 104 year old Seattle Business. They create and sell beautiful glassware including wine glasses, cups, vase, ornament, glass trophies ...

In the era of Internet and online sales ... the companies that sure t make money are the companies deliver products. This may be the reason why Amazon is really working hard to become logistics company.
I traded-in my old golf club for the new ones. I had to ship the trade-in back. They sent me a UPS chipping card which I attached to the box. This was not free, they charge me $4.99 for shipping label. But that was a good deal.
Taipei Has Bike Rental System
I saw nobody using it.
Every city including Tokyo, Taipei. Portland and Seattle have rent-a-bile system implemented by the city but they are just waste of taxpayers' money. I guess cities want to look GREEN ... but they are just waisting GREEN.
Government does not have anyone accountable for running business. Their job is to show people they are doing something. The result does not seem to matter. That is the reason why we should not ask government to do anything more than the basic.
When I was in Taipei, I saw many people commuting on scooters.
I here here are the reason why.
(1) Commuting by car is not efficient ... too much traffic.
(2) Commuting by subway does not get you to the place you need to go.
(3) Housing is too expensive to live in the city.
(4) Scooter is faster and cheaper to operate.
Rain or shine people use scooter as a main method of transportation in Taipei. People in Taipei are very practical. Considering it rains more often in Taipei than Seattle, this scooter culture is amazing.
One of the most prestigious Seattle Company founded over 100 years ago will be at Japan Fair at Uchikura & Co. booths. Come see the fine Bohemian Cut Glass Products on Sale at the Fair,

While Mayumi is in Japan, her friend got her a putter for there birthday last month. I have never heard of YAMADA PUTTER before. I cannot find their website but apparently, they are very famous among golfers.
Their putter is used by people like Former President Obama and a few PGA professionals. It is not as popular as Scotty Cameron but there are quite a few followers. Product looks very much like Scotty Cameron but it is 100% hand made.
I really like the company like that. You will be different.

Weekly Work Report
Marketing companies are missing the point. They make it sound like to be successful, you need to do all that. WRONG!!!
This is assuming people visited your site, you will have more sales. Not going to happen. Your web site must be ready for sales. Can people buy product on your website? If not, WHY NOT? If they cannot buy or you are not willing sell product, why are you promoting your website?
Before you think about marketing, make sure your website is ready for the people. And make sure you have products people want to buy.
You receive an email like this below. Kiroboto is a Marketplace where you can list your products and services for FREE. Customers can contact you and you start do your sales for free. No string attached. There is no advertisement on the site either. And we will not track your behavior or customers behavior.
That is what Kiroboto is. Kiroboto will be available later this summer. Don't was it your time and money trying out to see if one marketing company does it better than the other. Use Kiroboto ... It is a free service from uchikura & Co.
I suspect like most executives are swamped, so I’ll cut to the chase. If your company needs more sales, you know what you really need is more qualified sales leads. That's what we guarantee our clients and why I’m reaching out.
blah blah blah
This is not an actual logo ... It was created by a designer for fun.
Kiroboto means Flea in Swahili
What is Kiroboto?
Kiroboto is a market place designed provide B2B, B2C, C2C a place to promote and sell anything online without any cost to the seller. It is being developed and will be on line by the end of this summer.
Kiroboto will not track user behavior like other sales site. Kiroboto will not have any advertisement. And like I said, it will be 100% free to use.
One of the booths at Japan Fair 2017 will be dedicated to Kumamoto Earthquake Recovery Effort. We will be selling items from Kumamoto which is designated as funding for recovery.
One of the items is called Carrot Leaf Tea ... 日本山人参茶 Please search it on Google to find out what it is.
When I looked at this booth until I checked out what they do, I thought they are up and coming new game PC manufacturer. Well, I was half correct. They are not PC manufacturer but they do make
- Mouse
- Keyboard
- Headset
The booth looks seriously expensive and I did not know making those peripherals would justify the amount money for the marketing. I guess I was wrong. I am very impressed.

Their products are available online at Amazon and other stores.
We have two booths dedicated to show you the HTC Vive virtual reality system for visitors. This is to show what the newest trend in the computer wires is. Come visit our booths to test the VR system for yourself.
We now have a tentative booth layout for Japan Fair 2017. Uchikura & Co has reserved 10 booths. We will announce later who is going to there at Uchikura & Co. booths.
This is something I saw at COMPUTEX 2017 that should work in the US people can adopt to this. In Japan and maybe in Taiwan, many fast-food stores have ordering kiosk where people place their order and pay. Then people proceed to pickup their orders. This eliminates human error when receiving orders. Also eliminate order taking personnel. Other benefit includes no cash handling by the people there for there is no need for theft.
I just do not know if people in the US are up to wording using kiosk (machine).
This is a very cool booth with container being used as a demo / meeting room.
The amount of money some companies spend on their booths are incredible. For 5 day show, I was really impressed. This shows how much emphasis companies put on this COMPUTEX ... it is like a Super Bowl of IT event.
Another thing that I noticed is the lack of Japanese and Korean electronics and computer companies like SONY, SAMSUNG, TOSHIBA, HITACHI, MITSUBISHI, PANASONIC and so on. There are very little US computer companies either.
About COMPUTEX
===============
COMPUTEX Taipei, or Taipei International Information Technology Show, is a computer expo held annually in Taipei, Taiwan. Since the early 2000s, it is among one of the largest computer and technology trade shows in the world.
This is something I found at Computex 2017 ... Personal Parking Space Protection system. It makes your parking space only available to you. You can unlock it using your smartphone.
Do you think there is an application for this in the US?
This is a weekly delivery service created and offered by Kobe Co-op in Japan.
You order using the mark sheet, When they deliver, they take that sheet for next week. My parents told me they spend about 4,000 to 5,000 yen every week and cut down the trip[ to markets at least two times a week saving time.
Who said brick and mortar cannot compete with online retailers? For senior citizens, paper and pen works better.
Interesting Fact
---------------------
Co-op Kobe, officially known as Consumer Co-operative Kobe, is a consumers' cooperative based in Kobe, Japan. It was founded in 1921 by Toyohiko Kagawa, and was later merged with Nada Consumer Co-operative. Now, with over 1.2 million members, it is the largest consumers' cooperative in the world.
It is becoming more rate in the US and Japan to use campaign girls at the trade show booth. Well, that trend has not hot Taiwan yet and those girls clearly attracts more people to the booths.
Do they bring business???
That is an another question. But if they get posted on the social media, the purpose of their presence is paid off for the companies.
