柑橘類大好きなので、時期の物をいろいろお取り寄せしています。温州みかんが終わりかけた頃に出てくるのが、このスィートスプリングです。
温州みかんとハッサクを掛け合わせた物だそうで、酸味が無くて、爽やかな甘さがある独特の柑橘類です。
