This picture fully encompasses what I saw this morning, a dusting of white snow/ice and a bright, blue sky overhead, of course, I didn't quite see this picturesque view when I walked out of my front door. What I did see was a 1997 ford explorer completely covered in ice. "Wow it's cold out here" I thought to myself as I preceded to scrape my windows with My casino players club card. Don't worry, I don't need it for two reasons: One, I don't frequent casino's much anymore since I stopped getting ultra lucky (and separated from my gambling addicted girlfriend), and two, Every time I go I like to get a new one (for scraping my windows with of course), It's kind of my thing.

Came across this picture and I can't for the life of me figure out what the brown sugillate square in the lower right of the tray is. Is it Pizza? Meatloaf? it looks horrid whatever it is.
You can tell this is an old picture, not only do most school cafeterias no longer use these plastic trays but it would be crazy for them to use real silverware! Not in today's ultra PC world would you find these. A kid might use these utensils as weapons! or in my case, they might bend the middle two prongs back and stick them in a power outlet in order to pop the breaker so we could be excused from class.

This guy reminds me of Jason Lee, You know, the Mall rats guy? the "My name is Earl' guy? yeah, THAT guy, sorta looks like him at first glance, this guys haircut is stellar though.

The president of these Unites States is coming to Washington State today to pay the Everett Boeing plant a visit as well as gather some money for his re-election campaign. This photo I found on Free Tiny Images while searching for Plane. I believe this is a picture of 747 cabin because of the 3-4-3 seat layout, I only assume this because at the time of this picture (probably the mid 70's) it was the only plane with three seats next to the windows.

Even though the president wont be flying coach, he will be flying in an updated version of the same plane!

When was the last time you went on a Washington state ferry? did you notice that the interior looks like it hasn't been changed since the 60's? I mean C'mon ferry engineers! At least give us some more modern colors, the sea foam green and beige are so old-school looking, how about an update!

So I got an email today from Groupon and the deal was a whale watching tour around the san juan islands, this got me thinking; What happens when you pay 60 dollars per person for a whale watching tour and you don't see any whales, would you feel ripped off? I would. Luckily the particular whale watching tour company boasts a 98 percent sight rating and that is worth taking the gamble!

When I first looked at this photo, I thought it was just another picture of Mt. St. Helens exploding on May 18th 1980, but after closer examination and some research on the trusted wikipedia, I have come to the conclusion that this was probably not that day, but march 27th, 1980, when one; possibly two nearly simultaneous phreatic eruptions happened sending ash 7000 feet up into the sky!! And nearly two months later the side of the mountain fell off quicker than the popularity of Tim Tebow after the Broncos lost to the Patriots in the playoffs. And that was Quick! Well, kinda like that, OK maybe that metaphor was a little odd, I don't know, but the mountain side slid off at 220 miles per hour spewing hot mud all over the area destroying anything it touched and it was a viscous explosion that rocked the world (not literally, although the affects were documented all over the globe). This is an amazing photo of a beautiful mountain turning into a blazing savage monster.
