Johnnyと展開している、Zaki’ｓ Garegeで今年制作した【JET家具】のテーブルが完売しました。
輸入難易度の高いJET戦闘機のエンジン部品を家具としてデザインする行為は、自分たちのわがまま、そして欲しいものを追及したに結果に過ぎない。
高額商品でありながら、ル・コルビュジエやイサム・ノグチの冠もない。
それでも、日本に存在するわずか一握りの人たちが、その価値観に強烈に共鳴してくれている姿を見るたびに、これまでの人生で全く経験したことのないジャンルの興奮を与えてくれる。
出会いに感謝！
それに尽きる。
そして、もっと突き進みたい。
