綺麗な色に出来た！(*^^*)
採った蕨、大活躍です。
＊鰹の柚子塩たたき
鰹の塩たたきに柚子酢がかかった感じ。
とても美味しかったです。

＊アサリの酒蒸し
＊ブロッコリーと明方ハム、卵マヨ
＊小松島の寿寿香蒲鉾株式会社の竹輪

あさりも今が旬ですがこちらは昨年、今年、不漁で何処の潮干狩り場も中止の所ばかりです
潮干狩りに出かけられなく寂しい思いしています

今年はアサリも不漁ですね。
これは熊本の養殖です。
大粒で美味しかったです。
