決して「肉まん」ではありません。
「豚」です。(*^^*)
やっぱり美味しいですね。
面倒だけど、蒸し器でします。
チンではイマイチです。
＊春雨
庭の大葉が大きく育ったので、巻きました。
揚げたら余り香りはしなかったけど、色合いにはね！
＊地の真蛸のお酢の物
＊三つ葉の卵とじ
＊トマト
大学のサークルの同窓会で大阪に行ったmy-daughter-in-lawのお土産です。
やっぱり551ですね。
豚まんに合わせて、春巻きを。
パリっと揚がって美味しかったです。

豚と牛で呼び名も変わるんですね
中部圏ではあまり気にしません、総称で肉まんかな

大阪は「肉」＝牛肉です。
だから豚肉の入った饅頭は肉まんとはいいません。
「豚まん」です！
すき焼きも、わざわざ「牛肉のすき焼き」だなんていわず、ただの「すき焼き」！
牛肉しか考えられないんです。
場所によって違いますね。
