3/25に摘んできたつくし、バ... 3/25に摘んできたつくし、ババショフが佃煮風にたいてくれましたが
この日はそれを卵とじに
ほろ苦いけど、美味しいですね
＊つくしの卵とじ
＊とりもも肉のから揚げ
＊ミニ厚揚げとキャベツのたいたん
＊椎茸茎の佃煮

つくし、今年は食べそびれました。(^^;) 
卵とじ美味しいですね！(^^) ほろ苦さが春らしくていいんですよね。

今年はあっという間に出てしまいました
土曜日にちょっと遠くの奥地にいったけど、少ししか残っていませんでした

わが家も先日母が二度目の土筆摘みに出かけ沢山摘んできました
