Kenichi Uchikura is the founder and CEO of Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSPINC), a technology company based in the Seattle area. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University in 1983, he began his professional career in Japan before being assigned to establish his employer’s Seattle subsidiary. That international business experience laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.

In 1987, Uchikura founded PSPINC, building the company into a long-standing provider of software development, web hosting, business communications, and SaaS solutions serving clients in both the United States and Japan. I am a fan of privatizing any part of government. Private companies tends to do things cheaper and more efficient than the government but sometime they cut corners to make profit. That where government come in. When government do things, there is no one to regulate and oversea but themselves. I don't just that.

We just pass the initiative to privatize liquor distribution the State. Next should be metro and sound transit.
