Here are some of the things that you should check when you cant receive email.

  • Check to see if you are connected to Internet. The easiest way to check this is to open a browser to see if you can see any web page like google.com.

  • Check to see if you can receive some email. Try sending email to yourself. If it goes out and does not come back, you have a problem.

  • Make sure you have not downloaded all your email into another device such as your cellular phone, netPC or iPad.

  • Check your junk or spam email box to see if they are in there.


    • After doing all that, contact your system administrator or someone who manages your email server. If it is hosted by PSP, please call us let us know your problem.
