In Japan all commercail cars with proper licenses carries green number plates. Any car with white number plates do not have license to carry people commercially. So some times, taxi with no license is called White Taxi. Do not get on them.

The ramen is 300 yen regardless the size (S/M/L) and it is based on Nisshin's Instant Noodle. Yes, you heard it right, you get to eat instant noodle cooked for you.

We looked for many places but everything we looked at effectively double our cost. We have decided to build out our headquarter building to house 10 racks, additional power supplies, additional A/C units and generators. We have added additional fiber optic to connect between HQ and our primary data center.
Our data center at HQ is one of the most efficient data center facilities with almost 90% of the time; it is cooled with outside air. Plus, Puget Sound Energy supplies our HQ building with alternate energy. Backup generators are on of the most efficient and quietest generators in the market. Most people visiting PSPINC do not realize the generator running when they are running.
Creating the backup data center at HQ was not the cheapest option but it created the most flexibility and security for our customers.

Marketing wise, you talk to your customer about the advantages of Wordpress as if they are your strength. But you know everyone who uses Wordpress has the same advantage and disadvantage. You are no different from 1,000 other web developers who use Wordpress. Your only advantage is your sales talk.
You need to be different but you don’t know how. You will not get any bigger than what you are right now doing what you do with the tools that you use. You use SEO and Mobile Compatibility to push your sales but that will take you only so far. You look for recurring income but your business model does not have stable recurring income.
Your Web development price will go down because there will be more competitors. There will be more companies doing what you do. What can you do?
The fist thing is to think about your development environment. Wordpress might be good, even the best for what you do. But Wordpress will not make your company any different for other companies. Drop Wordpress then think about what you can do. What you can do that makes you different? Is it important to be different from others? Just think about it.
If you still think you are better off with Wordpress, I solute you. You may be different from other Wordpress Web Developers, after all. PSPINC is not a Wordpress Web Development Company.

Here are the new buzzwords for high-tech industry for you. It is “Internet of Things” and by the first look, you might just say what the heck are they?
I thought the same way so I did some research. Here is what I think what IoT is. There are things that are inherently Internet ready such as your computer, TV Set Top Box, Tablet and Smartphones. And there are by design not Internet ready such as your couch, refrigerator, bicycle, car, bed, coffee maker, windows, doors, air conditioning, shower and so on. At this point, just about everything is not Internet ready. We call them “Things”.
What if we made them connected to Internet?
Imagine your bathroom is connected to Internet, people will know what time you take shower or if you take shower … no, just kidding. What if the bathroom knows you are running out of toilet paper and it order TP before you run out of it? How about your office drawer knowing when you are running out of supplies and order them for you?
IoT … by having “Things” connected to Internet; “Things” will be much smarter and help your daily life. To accomplish this, Things must understand the environment they are in, by site, smell, sound, weight, temperature and so on. Yes, Things must have sensors and communication devices. They require more IP Addresses than what we have now. Thus, we will be using IP V6.
Well, I hope now you have some idea what IoT is.
