Only few days after I upgraded my iPad and iPhone to iOS 10.1, I found out iOS 10.1.1 is available today. There must be a bug. Every time I do an update, I am hoping that it will fix some of the brick issue (iPhone just freezes for a minute or so).

While I was in Oregon, there was huge system outage at our data center. Although, it was triggered by upgrading one of he server firmware ... it is totally our responsibility. I are currently figuring out;

(1) What has happened?
(2) Why it happened?
(3) What can we do to avoid the same problem.

We are very sorry for what happened ... We are working hard to make sure the same thing will not happen again.
