This is one of the most inspiring TED speech ... It is in Japanese but main theme of the speed was "思うは招く" which means "If you wish enough, you will get it."

What inspired me the most is when he talked about expensive car. It is not a car you are looking at. It is a dream of someone. You are just buying his dream. People say "You cannot do that", "it is impossible"... Do you notice that those words always come from the people who have never done anything.

When people are trying something new, you need toggle them little encouragements. That is all they need. I really love the speech.
