酒造好適米、いわゆる酒米の中でも栽培が難しいと言われる 『愛山』

別名は剣菱米とも言われ、剣菱酒造が好んで使用した酒米としても有名です！

その愛山を使ったて醸した日本酒が12種類揃いました♪

日本酒好きなメンバーが16名、大分市中央町にある 「和み家」 集合しました！
