シラサ海老の塩茹で！

この日は珍しく　「シラサエビ」　が入っていました！

本来は　「ヨシエビ」　と呼び　「シラサエビ」　は関西名です。

大阪湾や四国あたりでよく獲れる海老です。

小振りが多く大きい物は寿司ネタに使われます。

　　★車海老とは違う上品な甘味のある海老です。
