イタリア産水牛のチーズです！　「モッツァレラ　ディ　ブッファラ　ボッコンチーノ 」

水牛の牛乳から作った本格派フレッシュモッツァレラ。

何かウズラの卵に似ています！？

クセはないがやや淡白な味です！　普通のモッツァレラチーズのほうが美味しいかも！
