神戸名物の　「バサの串カツ」　です！

バサ（牛の肺）は神戸の人気食材のひとつ！

臭みやクセは無く、弾力があり美味しい！

本来は串揚げや天ぷらで食べますが焼肉のたれ焼きも美味しい♪

　　★最近は人気が出て原料が入手種困難だとか！
