隼人瓜（はやとうり） 隼人瓜（はやとうり）

苦瓜（にがうり）が終わるとこの時期 隼人瓜が出てきます！

サラダや油炒め等で食べますが、一番美味しいのは

「味噌漬け」 です♪

皮を剥いて天日干しをして水分をある程度飛ばして味噌漬けします！

2～3ヵ月漬けるととても美味しくいただけます♪

★隼人ですので鹿児島から入ったものかも？
