　　　酒米：大分三井（他）、日本酒度：‐18、酸度：3.2、アルコール度数：15.度

焼酎用の白麹を使用し、クエン酸の爽やかな柑橘系の酸味が特徴的な純米酒。

お米の甘みと旨味、酸味をしっかり味わえるお酒に仕上がっています。
