大分ならこの時期からは大分豊後ふぐ料理です♪

大分では 「てっさ」 とは言いません 「ふぐ刺し」 と呼びます！

厚く挽くのが特徴で一枚ずつ食べても食べ答えがあります♪

★これを大分の麦焼酎の二階堂で頂きました♪
