さかなのかす汁は絶品！

さかなでいっぱいプラス、この時期良い酒粕が入るとかす汁を作ります！

さかなのアラがたくさん出るのでそのアラを使って出汁をとります。

ですからさかなのかす汁は美味しいのです♪

この日は、常連さん皆さんに新年の挨拶を込めて振る舞いかす汁でした♪

　　　★マスターごちそうさんでした♪　とても美味しかったです！
