大分の郷土料理リュウキュウ！ 大分の郷土料理リュウキュウ！

大分の人気の郷土料理で　「リュウキュウ」　「りゅうきゅう」　「琉球」　と呼びます！

語源ははっきりしていません。　いろんな説があります。

新鮮な刺し身で食べる魚のぶつ切りを特製の醤油ダレに漬け、ワサビ、ゴマ、ネギ、大葉を入れます。

　　★赤ダルマの琉球！関さばは一人前しかなく、あとはカンパチです。
