Candidate Requirements:



Domestic Division Position Requirements:



*At least four (4) years of professional experience in your field

*Verifiable, professional employment references

*Valid Washington State Driver's License & valid employment authorization as stated on Form I-9 (Social Security Card, U.S. Passport, Green Card, or Employment Authorization Card)

*Non-smoker and drug-free

*Proof of auto insurance



Home Health Position Requirements:



*At least five (5) years of professional experience in your field (local references preferred)

*Verifiable, professional employment references

*Valid Washington State Driver's License & valid employment authorization as stated on Form I-9 (Social Security Card, U.S. Passport, Green Card, or Employment Authorization Card)

*Non-smoker and drug-free

*Proof of auto insurance



It is helpful, but not required to have the following:



*Washington State Nursing Assistant License (CNA or NA-R)

*Fundamentals of Caregiving Certificate

*Nurse Delegation Certificate

*First Aid/CPR Training Certificates

*TB Test Results

*Letters of Recommendation
