If you’re struggling to sell products or services for your business, think about your customers. After all, they’re the ones who will be purchasing and using them. How can customers use your product or service, and what benefit are they gaining from it? While you may have some initial ideas, look into other possible uses. There are plenty of products that were originally created with a specific purpose, but customers found a completely different use than it was intended for.

But it’s important to keep your customers at the top of your mind. For them, it’s about if it’s worth the money they’re going to spend on it. Determine what value your product has and how you can better serve your customers. Get feedback from them to see what they like and what they don’t like about your products. And look into improving them to better serve them.

Announcement: DENREI’s 6th App Release Out Now!

We’re so excited to announce that we’ve updated our secure private messaging broadcasting app, DENREI! For users in both the U.S. and Japan, the app's available for download in the App Store. If you already have the app, please update the latest version from the app store.

In the sixth app release, we’ve made the following updates:

Added a zoom and download feature for images to make it easier for users to see image details they may miss from afar.

Revamped the “About” section of the app and added release notes, release dates, and the link to the DENREI website to inform users more about DENREI and how to stay up to date with DENREI app changes.

Made various styling and UX improvements and minor bug fixes to improve our members’ overall experience with the DENREI app:

1. With a single click of a button, users can now delete and/or approve followers, making it easier to manage followers.

2. Users can now reply to a follower without going back to the top of the message now that we’ve added the “Reply” button to the bottom of messages.

3. The inbox, side menu, community, and incoming messages now look a little different as we’ve partially changed the background color and font size to make them easier to see and understand.

4. To make it easier to manage folders, we've added icons next to each folder name as well as a button to create a new folder.

5. The language-setting button is now a drop-down menu, making it easier to see your language preference.

Pass Wizard Now Supports One-Time Password Authentication

We’re pleased to announce that Pass Wizard now supports one-time password (OTP) authentication. On top of text message two-factor authentication (SMS 2FA), it’s now easier for you to add another layer of security using common authenticator apps to generate a new OTP every 30 seconds.

How to Enable OTP Authentication

To enable OTP authentication in Pass Wizard:

Log in to Pass Wizard
Go to your settings page in the upper right corner
Under General -> Multi-factor authentication, select Authenticator App option
Connect your account to your choice of authenticator app by either scanning the QR code or manually entering the key. While Pass Wizard’s new OTP authentication should support all authenticator apps, we recommend:

Google Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator

2FA Authenticator (2FAS)

Enter the code displayed in your authenticator app to confirm the connection
After you successfully connect your account, Pass Wizard will prompt you to enter the one-time password displayed in your authenticator app the next time you sign in.

What is Pass Wizard?

Pass Wizard is a password management system designed and developed by PSPINC that allows you to store passwords securely. With the free account, you can store up to 30 passwords. If you upgrade to the paid Pro account, you can save an unlimited number of passwords and gain access to our group sharing features, which include sharing specific passwords with a group.

If you want to skip the advanced settings and simply create a form, entering only the basic information will be easy and quick.

One of the most difficult parts of owning and running a small business is standing out from the competition. But the great thing about having a small business is the space to be creative and try new things. In a bigger company, it’s hard to make big changes because it has to go through so many people before it gets approved. At a smaller company, we can achieve things much quicker and take more risks in hopes of watching them succeed.

For example, Hasbro is one of the largest toy companies in the world today. But it originally started as a textile company in 1923. Throughout the years, Hasbro transformed into a school supply company before settling and excelling as a toy company in 1942. Their claim to fame, however, didn’t come until ten years later when they introduced Mr. Potato Head to the public on TV. Companies like Hasbro remind us that the opportunities are endless. And creativity is something we should celebrate. While the switch from a school supply company to a toy company must’ve been massive, it also paid off exponentially. So, don’t be afraid to step out of the box with your business.
