POP to IMAP server migration

Dear Dreamersi customers,

We have completed the first phase of the migration for the new e-mail server (POP account customer only).

Several customers reported that they received duplicate copies of the same message from the same senders.

Dreamersi Password error fix

PSP Inc. have completed the Dreamersi password error fix on 12/5/11.

Some of non-alphanumeric characters were unavailable to use as Dreamersi log in passwords.

We have resolved this issue and updated information with available characters for passwords on the Dreamersi account home page.

There was no down time during this deployment.

Dreamersi Mail Recovery Feature

Dear Dreamersi Customers,

Did you know that Dreamersi has a built in "SPAM" folder where spam and unsolicited advertisements are stored? On occasion, important email may end up in this folder. This is because the email sender may not be recognized, or the body of the email may have a filtered word making the system think it is junk mail. If you would like to recover the emails from the spam filter, please read this step-by-step tutorial on how to recover your important mails from the SPAM folder:

1. Log into www.dreamersi.net with your email and password.

2. On the Dreamersi main screen, click on “Spam Filter” under “Mail Service”

3. This screen will allow you to make different changes on the spam filter. But for this tutorial’s sake, we will be looking at the “Mail Recovery” on the bottom of the screen.

4. The next screen will show a list of emails that have been caught by the spam filter.

Please take a look at the Sender and Subject and if it is an email you think it does not belong in the SPAM filter you can do the following:

Exception: If you want the sender to be on the safe sender list, put a check mark on Exception.

Recover: If you would like to recover that specific e-mail, put a check mark on “Recover”.

NOTE: You may also put a check mark on both Exception and Recover if you’d like to recover the e-mail AND add the sender to the safe sender list.

5. Once you have finished checking your emails, click “Submit” on the bottom of the screen to finish recovering your emails.

Newsmail2U Bug Fix

PSPINC will perform Newsmail2U maintenance with the following services. Details are below:

Date: 10/18/2011 Time: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (PST)
Date: 10/19/2011 Time: 02:00 a.m. - 03:00 a.m. (JST)

The following bugs will be fixed on NewsMail2U.

1. Template mail name issue
Name of template mail is displayed properly if the name is long at template list page.

2. Template last modified date issue
Date for template last modified date is not displayed in user’s Timezone at template list page.

3. User name edit
User name is not updated properly from user info edit page if double quote is contained in user name.

4. Registration/deletion issue from subscribe/unsubscribe forms
Registration/deletion is failed from subscribe/unsubscribe forms if the mailing list name is long.

5. Multipart mail compose issue
When text mail content and HTML mail content are input in wrong text area at multipart mail compose page, the contents are not displayed properly after coming back from error page depending on the contents.

6. URL click through tracking function
With URL click through tracking function, if URL contains any of the characters, !'(),;~ , the link cannot be converted correctly.
