ロサンゼルス：レストラン伊勢志摩 Iseshima

今日は、Miyako Hybridの1階にあるレストラン”伊勢志摩（いせしま）”のカウンターで夕食を頂きました。

調理長直々にお寿司を握っていただき、全ておまかせでお願いしました。
お寿司のネタは新鮮で、一つ一つ丁寧に握られたお寿司はどれも大変美味でした。

贅沢なお食事を頂いた後には、ぜんざいのデザートと抹茶ケーキの2種を頂きました。

久しぶりに、優雅なディナーを堪能させてもらいました。

料理長有難うございました。
