黄色い桃と白い桃
コンポートで

お菓子は季節を感じさせてくれます。

お誕生日のケーキ、フルーツを使うことも多いです。
今は桃とかメロンとか。
黄色い桃は味もはっきりしていて実もかたいのでお菓子として扱いやすいものでした。
夏の季節は崩れないようにザーネクレーム使用したショートケーキで作っています。
