First what you do,
Ask he or she is response from your talk.

Check thier Vital
And Third
If the person are not breathing, Do CPR!!!
If the person are breathing and conscious
then,
Check a body and look for Damage/Injury
Then,
If you found it!!!!

Take this Rescue Strap Cutter out.

Tear off the cloth around or from above the injury area.

I just update for my Cell Phone Pouch.

I have currently two cell Phone in service.
Since I am useing cell Phone I had a Multicam Cell Phone Pouch on my side.
Both Pouch made by Tactical Tailor.But when I bought these Pouch,they did not have good Belt strap Or molle Loop.So,I modified back side which able to nice hold a Belt.So,that mean, Cell Phone stay one place and secured Position.One Cell Phone Pouch was flap was top and other one was side open.
So, I was used each separate Pouch(Two pouch)

Now,6 Month ago I changed a Both New Cell Phone.
Which is kind a skinny flat wide Cell Phone.

I had a idea....mmm
Let's makes two cell Phone in one Pouch.
So, I modified again.
