Judy Keith


Judy Keith was born September 20, 1951 and passed away September 15, 2017.

She is survived by her husband and best friend of 43 years, George Lee Keith, and her children Tricia Keith (Dean) Bartlett and Jason (Megan) Keith; grandchildren Amber Keith, Jesse Keith, Jordyn Keith and Jaxsyn Keith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Fleishacker. Judy is also survived by her father, Frank Fleishacker; siblings John (Shauhan) Fleishacker, Janice (Lloyd) Grant, James (Patty) Fleishacker, JoAnn (Jerry) Miller and Joan "Bean" (Bob) Lang, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Judy made sure no one went without.

She is loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Alicia (Aly) Lynn Becker


At the age of 44, Alicia (Aly) Lynn Becker, loving daughter of Sharon Kay (Watts) Purcell, of Richland, WA and Lloyd Irving Becker, of Richland, WA, died Monday, August 28, 2017, due to complications of heart disease, at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Aly was born November 4, 1972 in Ft Sill, OK. She graduated high school at Prosser High School in Prosser, WA in May 1992. Aly continued her education by attending a technology college for accounting courses.

Aly is survived by her Mother Sharon Kay Purcell and Father Lloyd Irving Becker, Aunt Patty (Watts) Bresina, Aunt and Uncle Linda (Watts) and Stan Cornett, Uncle Richard (Dick) Betts, and Great Aunt Jean Lawson, as well as many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Son Tomas Patrick Becker, Grandparents Howard and Esther Watts, Aunt Marilyn (Watts) Betts, Great Uncle Thomas (Tommy) Lawson and Cousin Tina (Cornett) James.

Aly was very outgoing, had a sweet laugh, a good sense of humor, and had many friends as an extended family. Aly worked many years as a cashier at local convenience stores (customers remember her) throughout the Tri-Cities.

She loved cross stich, latch hook, and Fill-in The Word puzzles. She loved to bake and barbecue with family and friends, and she loved Coco, her Shih Tzu.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2017 in Richland Baptist Church, 1632 George Washington Way, Richland, WA.

John Clifford Dragness

John Clifford Dragness, age 85, passed away from lung cancer on Friday, August 25th, 2017 at his home in Auburn, Washington. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by all who knew him and loved him, as he touched many lives. He was born in Auburn, Washington on November 5th, 1931 to George & Esther (Olson) Dragness.

John is survived by his son Michael Dragness (Kathy), granddaughter Amanda Buckley (Jesse), great-granddaughter Autumn Buckley, numerous nephews and nieces, and his love of 11 years, June Leilani Griffith. He was preceded in death by his parents George & Esther Dragness, infant daughter Kathleen Dragness, wife Mildred Dragness, brothers Robert and George Dragness, as well as his sister Marie Carr.

John was raised in Kent, Washington, graduating from Kent High School in 1950. He attended Central Washington College, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education, then Washington State University, earning a Master of Arts Degree in Biological Science. He taught Biology at Kent-Meridian High School for 30+ years before retiring. He was a substitute in the Kent School District for an additional 10 years.

John served with the US Army in Germany.

There will be no service, per his request.

Born in Mandan, North Dakota, Bob moved his family to the Seattle area in the early 60’s where he worked as a mechanic his whole career.

He was a beloved father to Tim, Bonnie, Robert Jr. & Dave, and grandfather to Jason, Kevin, Angela, Garrett & Melissa. He will be deeply missed by his family & friends.

Marcus R. Fournier was born in Seattle, Wa on Aug 14th, 1982. He passed away of natural causes on July 22, 2017.

Marcus's mother is Melissa Fournier-Yohey and he was raised by his step father Brad L.Yohey.

Marcus loved to fish and would occasionally go to Alaska to fish with his friends. He would be one of those kids riding his bike down to Des Moines Marina with a fishing pole sticking out from his back pack.
Marcus was an avid member of the NRA and GOA. His beloved grandpa Dean got him involved in guns and gun safety at an early age.
Marcus is a 4th Generation named Marcus Fournier and his son Marcus Fournier Jr. is the 5th generation.

Marcus will be truly missed by his son Marcus Jr., mother Melissa Fournier-Yohey, Step Father Brad Yohey, his sister McKenna, Grandma Sugar (Sharon Thompson ) and Jr's mother (Kitty) Katherine Richmire, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

You've done good Marcus!

Michael Gregory Osborn

Michael Gregory Osborn
Gratefully we remember the life of our beloved, Michael Gregory
Osborn. He passed away unexpectedly July 20th after a short illness.

Born in Muncie, Indiana on June 2, 1950 to Audrey Claire and Melvin
Nelson Osborn. He moved to Seattle in the 70's, where he worked as a
School Bus Driver for many years to support his passion. He was a
richly creative artist and produced many paintings in his life, which
included many art shows. He was most famous for his series of bird
monoprints. He also had a keen interest in music and loved all genres.
He was also well read, wrote poetry, and wrote a book on his own
philosophy called "Artism."

Michael was especially generous with his knowledge of art and
encouraged others to pursue their artistic side.

Michael left behind a son, Zarim Osborn of Seattle, two daughters,
Corinne Tran of Kent and Carmen Roden of Wenatchee; a loving wife,
Edith Roden, a brother, Fred Osborn in India and two sisters, Andrea
Osborn and Julie Hoagland, both of Georgia as well many long time

He will be sorely missed by those that loved him and knew the gentle
grace of this man.

Lloyd Benge passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 at the age of 78 years old. He had fought a long and courageous battle with Congestive Heart Failure and a Neural Muscular Disease.

Lloyd moved to Seattle from Arkansas where he was born on December 25th, 1938 with his parents and six siblings in 1952. Lloyd very quickly became active in sports in his school and worked delivering the local Post Intelligencer Newspaper winning awards for his performance in both. He was very popular and very outgoing, this served him very well when he later became a Licensed Barber. In 1968 he closed down Arkie's Barber Shop and went to work with his brothers at Kaiser Gypsum and became a member of the Teamsters Union. He was loved by all and kept his lifelong friendships. He continued throughout the years playing and participating in varies sports activities until he fell ill and was forced to retire from everything including his work. He continued loving his sports and never missed a game of his favorite teams, the Seattle Seahawks and the Seattle Mariners.

Lloyd married the love of his life, Laura Lee Babcock, on July 18th 1958, together they had seven children. Despite the fact that they divorced in the 90's, they remained very close friends until his passing. He loved his family dearly and was always available to help where he could, even with his limitations. He was a warrior and continued with his great sense of humor, he was strong and fearless, Laura always said "he had the heart of a lion!" His favorite times were at family gatherings that were filled with all of the family he loved.

Lloyd is survived by his children, Theresa Dement, Yvonne Maciel, Lisa Benge, William Benge, Alasandra Benge, and Jerad Benge. His eldest son Wesley Benge, preceded him in passing in 2002. He leaves 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, also his siblings, Maxine Bakke, Ernestine Oswald, Patricia Hancock (Bill), his brother Kenneth Benge (Mary) and many nieces and nephews. His brothers Larry Benge and Jerry Benge preceded him in passing as did parents, Thurman Y. Benge and Grace Marie Benge.

Lloyd will be missed by all who knew him.

Beverly A Lastala
August 25, 1930 – July 15, 2017
Beverly passed away in Bonney Lake, WA. Saturday July 15, 2017. She was 86.
She was born to Otto and Della Olsen August 25, 1930 in Bellingham, WA. She was the youngest of three children, Sister Thelma and Brother Walter. Later they moved to Seattle where she graduated from Franklin High.
She then married John Lastala, the love of her life, December 30, 1946. They were married for over 50 wonderful years. While raising a family she worked as an operator for the Bell System and later in clerical support for the Boeing Company.

Over Beverly’s lifetime she loved camping, bird watching, music and especially time spent with family.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, John and her brother, Walter. She is survived by her Sister Thelma, her children, Jean (Ed), Karen (Dave) and John (Carol). Grandchildren Lynn, Pamela, Rich, Kevin, Ginger, Andy, Kari, April and Michael along with 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at the home of John and Carol Lastala September 16th at 1:00 p.m.

Michael P. Marker

Michael P. Marker, a resident of Kellogg, Idaho for over 4 years and a resident of North Bend, Washington for the last year, left us on July 4, 2017. Michael was born in Denver, Colorado on August 19, 1963.

Mike worked as a plumber most of his life. He loved the outdoors and riding his ATV with his two buddies Paisley and Z. His two Airedales were constantly by his side.

Mike will be missed by his wife Becky Marker of 12 years, mother Elizabeth Marker, his son Levi Marker, his brother Thomas Marker, sister Connie Marker, and two grandchildren Miranda and Wyatt.

Mike proceeded in death by his father Thomas J.Marker, daughter Shioh Marker, and sister Elizabeth Theodoran.

Grand children Natasha Hull, Tiana Mays, Quinita Townsend, Tizo Morgan, Veronica Smith, Tiara Atkins, Deonate Cruz,Tremaine Melonson. Great grandsons Clifton ,Tion,Jaleon, Caysin,Elias,Chris and Tristian. A host of nieces and nephews.
