この竹の子煮、山形の友が教えて... この竹の子煮、山形の友が教えてくれた煮方で。糸こんにゃく＋牛肉・・・いけます！ でもやっぱり山椒の葉が欲しい・... でもやっぱり山椒の葉が欲しい・・・でも、無い。仕方なく、鰻屋の粉山椒でごまかす。僕にとって竹の子と山椒の葉は、対です！
山椒のない竹の子の煮物な・なんて！
