The event was enjoyed by children of all ages!
The Festival celebrates the return of the North Pacific fishing fleet.
Why is Yakutat Coho so exceptional?
Here are a few reasons that contribute to the extraordinary quality of this product:
-Fishing areas are in close proximity to the plant
-Fish is processed and frozen within hours of being caught
-Yakutat Coho is not tendered or pumped
-The fish is extremely flavorful because of the high fat
content
-Yakutat Coho is bled live to ensure freshness and quality

It's time for the 26th Annual Fall Fisherman's Festival in Ballard (Seattle), WA again on the 4th of October.
Every year, E & E donates wild fresh salmon for the Salmon Fillet Contest. This year the contestants will be filleting our Yakutat Troll Coho.
In past years, our very own Ted McDermott, a member of the sales team, has participated in both the Salmon Fillet Contest and the Lutefisk eating contest. He made it through the first round in the filleting contest, and through the second round of the Lutefisk eating event! Ted enjoyed the festival very much and stated "it's a cool tradition, as it keeps the old fishing village vibe alive".

Seattle Shrimp and Seafood Santolla and Snow crab display
E&E Foods and Seattle Shrimp sales teams hosted a booth at one of our customer’s seafood show in Seattle. E&E put our famous Yakutat coho on display and our customer’s sales reps raved about how their customers “love the fish.” Seattle Shrimp’s crab offerings were also a big hit. They had to refill their sample platter at least 8 times and got a number of solid inquiries from prospective customers.
