私は、カフェインに敏感で夜にコーヒーやお茶を飲むと寝られなくなります。(^^;; よって、夕飯のお供にはほうじ茶が一番です!(^_^)
夏は麦茶も良いですが、熱いほうじ茶は年中飲んでます。たまたま切らしていたのでデパ地下で見かけた京都のお店のほうじ茶を買ってみました。
