手羽元と手羽先だったら、手羽先のほうが高い
食べにくいのに…
でも美味しいし、仕方がないのかな？
手が汚れるけど、大好きです
＊高野豆腐、お蒟蒻、オクラの炊合せ
＊地のタコとワカメの辛子酢味噌和え
＊ポテトサラダ
＊きゅうりのビール漬け 今年、二度目 ババショフが「も... 今年、二度目
ババショフが「もう植え替えの時期だから、小さいきゅうりが出るのと違う？」
と言ってたら的中！
ビール漬けにしました
ちょっと辛子の効きが悪かった…m(_ _)m
でも美味しくできました

レンジでチンして蒸した状態を、片栗粉を少し付けて焼いてタレを絡めました
鶏肉は火の通りが悪いのでチンしました
