春雨サラダと柿の紅白なます－2018/10/18　Thu.

よく考えたら当然なんだけど… ... よく考えたら当然なんだけど…
「春雨サラダしてなます？」と言われてしまった！
目の前に柿があったもんだから、お大根もあることだし
「なます」をしようと思った
春雨サラダは先に決めてたから…
気がつけば「酢」が重なってた！
当然ながら、「なます」は残った！

＊春雨サラダ
蒸し鶏もも肉、ビッグポールウィンナー、卵、きゅうり
すし酢とマヨネーズで
＊柿とお大根の紅白なます

＊鯵フライ
＊インゲンと竹輪のごまみそ和え
＊

柿なますって食べたことがない・・。 
一度チャレンジしてみようかな。

金時人参とお大根でお種月に紅白なますを作りますね
その柿バージョンです
ちょっと甘みがあるので美味しいですよ
