＊アオリイカのお造り 今年はア... ＊アオリイカのお造り
今年はアオリイカも少ないのかしら？
イカ類の不漁がつづいているようで
まだ小さいアオリイカですが（大きいのは高い！）…
1パイを3人で分けたので、辛子明太子をそえて　(*ﾉω・*)ﾃﾍ
＊鶏ミンチつくね団子と野菜の餡かけ
うどんすきのときの鶏ミンチつくねをお団子にして揚げたものと
青梗菜、玉ねぎ、人参、かまぼこ
＊厚揚げ、お大根おろしとポン酢しょうゆで
＊水菜とかまぼこの胡麻和え

今年もアオリイカ少ないですよ、釣りに出かけても何年釣れなくなっています

アオリイカ、はやり不漁なんですね
滅多にお魚屋さんにでてなくて…
スルメイカでさえ、でていません
美味しいいかが食べたいです
