＊すき焼き小鍋 牛肉、白菜、玉... ＊すき焼き小鍋
牛肉、白菜、玉ねぎ、糸蒟蒻、おとうふ、卵、エノキ
オリーブ牛でも、特選和牛、黒毛和牛でもなく…
ふつうの北海道のお肉でしたが
柔らかくて美味しかったです　(*ﾉω・*)ﾃﾍ

寒い日だったので、小鍋で温まりました
＊長芋の梅干し和え
＊菊菜のゴマ浸し
＊きゅうり、お大根の浅漬（生協）

大人数でするときは、おネギも用意するんですが…
すっかりおネギのことは頭から消えていました

小鍋っていいですね。我が家の小鍋は久しくお蔵入りなのでこの冬に登場させねば！(^^;

すき焼き鍋で作って、器代わりに土鍋に移しました
小鍋にすると食べやすいですね
