養殖だけど、とても美味しい真鯛でした
煮付けにしなくてよかったわ
＊ナスと豚肉のしぎ焼き
＊貝柱のひもの中華風（既成品）
＊スナップエンドウとミニトマト
＊カブラのカンタン酢漬け

腰痛がひどかったので、
手早くできるものばかりです

美味しいタイは塩焼きがいいですね。(^^)
腰痛、辛いですよね。私も週3回リハビリに通って腰の牽引と低周波装置を用いています。

養殖だけど、とても美味しい鯛でした

2016/4の足首骨折以来、やはり体の左側の調子が悪いです
接骨院に週2で通っていますが、またまた腰痛で！
今週から週3です、明日また行きます
牽引はせず、手で体の内部の筋肉をほぐしてくれてます
時間はかかるけどね
