＊トマトたっぷりのコールスローサラダ
キャベツ、トマト、キュウリ、人参、にぬき
＊長芋とトマト缶のとろとろチーズ焼き
鶏もも肉、玉ねぎ、人参、シメジ、長芋
＊お茄子と竹輪の胡麻味噌和え
＊ウリのカンタン酢漬け

蛸酢、美味しいよね。お刺身も好きだけれど、酢の物の蛸も大好き！

たこは何の調理法でも美味しいですよね
イカの煮物はあまり好みじゃないけど、たこの煮物は大好き！
生、酢、焼く、煮る、揚げる…どれも美味しいですね
