＊スルメイカの輪切りのから揚げとフライドポテト
お総菜売り場で見かけたから揚げが食べたくなって
揚げるとき、爆発した！
気をつけなくちゃね　(/ω＼)

＊大根サラダ
卵、トマト、三つ葉

＊冷ややっこ

＊堀部の天ぷら（昨日の残り）
今年は地の鰆、大漁なのかしら？
よく出ています
安くなったのでありがたいです　(^_-)-☆

味噌漬け美味しいですね。(^^) いい焼き色に焼けていて美味しそうです。

今年は地の鰆がよく出ています
