天然鯛の一夜干し,瀬戸内ならではの恵みですね。
干物ならではのほっこりと食感、お酒とあいますねぇ。（笑）

今は鯛のシーズンじゃなので迷ったんですが、一夜干しにすると味がしまって美味しいですね
