甘酒は「飲む点滴」と言われてい... 甘酒は「飲む点滴」と言われていますね
夏バテ解消にいただきました 甘酒にはまだ暑いから、そのまま... 甘酒にはまだ暑いから、そのままで ブルーベリーとヨーグルトを加え... ブルーベリーとヨーグルトを加えました
爽やかで美味しいです
スムージーにいれてもいいかも
色々試してみます

以前、TVで言ってました
今年は意外と残暑がマシな気がしますが、
くださった友達の娘さんはスプーン1杯を毎朝飲んでるそうです
