What went wrong?

If you do not allow anyone to fail ... that will bring a false sense of security which could bring people to failure. Sometime, people fail ... so let them fail. So that they learn from the mistake and make it better next time.

As a society, we would like to see nobody fails. But that is not possible. We should lend hands to people trying to bring them out. But making them comfortable being homes should not be the answer.

"Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime."

Aren't we just giving them a fish?
