Changing Business Model

The above chart describes the change in the sales channel. The traditional sales channel still exists but it is taken over by the new sales model. This is because by eliminating the middleman, manufacturer gets more for their products and consumers get better pricing.

The fact is manufacturers are not getting paid more and the consumers are not getting better price. We just replace middleman with giant Internet sales outlet. But we must adopt to it. Next big thing happens when we are able to eliminate thing middleman.
