Many of our clients have assigned a person to their social media platforms who is on the ground, knows the customers, and knows the business. They know what is going on what's relevant to customers, and then post accordingly (i.e. events, photos of activities, specials, remembers birthdays, special announcements). They also answer questions that come in via your social media channels and respond to messages and comments on posts and ads.

Social media interactions add life to your brand, foster engagement and cultivate organic customer growth, giving you major bang for your advertising buck!
Be Resourceful
If you don't have a person you can assign your social media pages to, take a look into some automated tools and apps that can make it easier for you to manage or set the notifications to alert you so you know when someone sends a message or comments.
