Think like an amateur.

thread
Think like an amateur, but act like a professional.

Have you ever heard this expression? This is name of the business book in Japan. Vice Governor Ioroi told me that our company remind him of the Carnegie Mellon professor Takeo Kanade who wrote this book.

I often say "We must be stupid enough to think and smart enough to do it." It is a same thing. I want my company to come up with stupid ideas(usually come from me),but smart enough to make them happen (we have many talented people).

How important is Twitter???
I don't know how important Twitter is, but Microsoft think Twitter is important enough to have multiple accounts. In fact, Microsoft have one Twitter account for every product and services including their company store.

I have my Twitter ... please follow me.

Using Bloguru Aggregator
By using Bloguru's aggregator, you can embed bloguru to your site just like you see on this picture. Bloguru can replace your web site's "WHAT'S NEW" so that every time you write something on Bloguru, your site is automatically updated.

If you have question embedding Bloguru to your site, please give us a call.

Golf at Sahalee Country Club ...

thread

I was invited to play at SAHALEE COUNTRY CLUB, the home of 2010 U.S. SENIOR OPEN.

Unfortunately, it rained the back nine but I shot 41 and 50. Back nine was little wet. (That is my excuse for shooting 50)

But the course was beautiful and very well maintained. It was challenging too. I really had a good time. Thank you Gary and Tom of Argosy Cruises and Mike of USGA Championship Direct for inviting me.

Quality or Quantity

thread
Quality or Quantity
When it comes to Blog, quantity outweigh quality. People who write more will get more audiences. No matter how good the content, if you write only once a month, you will not attract people to your blog.

I had a chance to talk with one of the bloggers today. He has a great information, but using the blog to deliver the entire message is not going to work. Blog is like a movie preview or teaser. It should be interesting and make people want to know more.

Happy blogging.
