Pompom slept well last night and had morning walk at Medina Park. He is not been very active and sleeps a lot. He is not caughing much but I think he might stll have some fever. His appetite is not as much as used to but still eating.
I hope he gets well and recover from chemo. Next chemo is planned on Monday. I am very thankful that Popom is still well. Happy thaksgiving everyone!!!
Takeing Care of His Feaver.
He is feeling better this morning.
I truely think Pompom could not be with us today if not for the Chemo treatment. His lymph nodes are 1/10 the size and he is not caughing much any more.
He had a fever yesterday and was brething heard. I did not inderstand what the problem was but I put ice pillow under his bed. Within a few minutes, his brething went back to normal and went to sleep.
I kept the ice pack with him all night and he slept thought the night for the first time in the long time. He walked around the park twice this morning. I hope he gets better even a little everyday.

Pompom did not do so weel last night. I found out the lymph nodes are very small but they had high temperature. I put ice on them this morning and he started do better. Is this one of the side effect of his treatment. I hope he gets better.
Pompom's chemotheraphy started last Tuesday. Dince then, lymph nodes got really small. He sometime show the breathing problems but it is way better. I hope it continues bet better.
I came back from Japan last Monday night. We started Pompom's treatment on Tuesday mornimg. So, it has been only 6 days. He is getting nauseted from the Chemotherapy but his lymph nodes are almost all gone.
I feel like I am trading one evil with another. I hope he feels better. Today, I renewed his pet license. Next Tuesday is his 15th birthday.
Becase of the chemotherapy he received on Thursday, her started feeling not well this morning. I gave him the medicined doctor gave me. It took about hopur to take effect. He slect all morning and afternoon without eating.
Just after 3:30pm, I gave him some food. He ate some ... That is a god sign. He drank some water and went back to sleep. His lumps are almost gone. This is stll just a day 5 since we started his treatment on 14th,
May be because of the chemotherapy, Pompom is loosing apetite. But also we are reducing his steroid intake. That might be conyributing to his smaller apetite. He is sleeping all day today.
His chemotherapy was yesterday ... So, I am hoping he will get his energy back soon. It has only been 4 days since I got back from Japan. Pompom already had twl chemotherapy sessions. I really relly hope he stay helthy for little longer.
We had second chemotherapy today to treat Pompom's lymphoma. His lymph nodes are smaller but still having little breathing problem. With this new treatment, we are hoping his lymph nodes will shrink even more.
Today's chemotherapy, there is 30% chance Pompom gets ill. But after 12 hours he is showing any illness. That is a good news.
If his breathing problem continues, he may have other issue with his lungs. It always worries me. Nut we will take this one day at a time.
I cooked roast pork and brown rice for Tiny, Pompom and Nano.
Pompom had his first chemotherapy treatment for his lymphoma on Thuesday. This is his second day. He is doing better with his lymph nodes shrunk abot 1/3. He is breathingh better. He never lost his aptetite.
We are schediule for the second chemotherapy treatment tomorrow morning. At this point I don't think he is suffering. I will ttry to make him as confortable as lomg as I can.
This is day one of Pompom's Lymphoma Chemotherapy treatment. He is eating well and his lymph nodes has shrunk aboyt 30% in one day making it easier for him. After today, if he stll have beathing problem, I will take him to a hospital for another treatment.
I am bery happy that he waited for me to come back. Now my job is to treat him as much as I can as long as he is confortable.
I am very happy to see Pompom ... We are starting his treatment today. He is eating fine.
