Trust is important for business. This goes without saying, but have you ever wondered what exactly you can do to earn trust? Needless to say, it seems like a good idea to get your name out there. However, getting your name out there doesn't mean you have a high level of trust. Many people in Japan immediately think of large companies when it comes to trustworthy businesses. In Japan, small and medium-sized companies are considered to be subcontractors of large companies.

True trust is not a common idea. Trust is born and developed between people and companies. Therefore, it is important to know how many people and companies you have a relationship with and for how long - that is trust. The level of trust depends on the person you're talking to. As a matter of course, there is no such thing as a relationship that makes every person 100% happy. Also, trust doesn't grow when everything is going well.

The foundation of trust is based on how many problems and challenges you've overcome together. You can't develop real trust in a relationship if there are no problems. In general, when everything is going well, it becomes the norm and not even appreciated. Trust is not widespread. Trust is not something that can be bought with money. I believe that trust is built with words and actions.
