I have been driving 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Touring for last 4 years and I just renewed the license tab for another year. The original sticker price of the car was just over $40,000 and I wa planning to keep it for three (3) years.
Since then the Washington State implemented the RTA (Light Rail) tax which charges people 1% of the car value every year. Not that I cannot afford this progressive tax that charges people for buying more expensive cars, I just do not want pay it. My RTA portion for 2022 was $250.00. That means the car is worth $25,000.
Usually the $25,000 price is reasonable, but now because of the shortage of the new cars, my car is with more than that. That makes me feel better. If the Governemnt wants to help economy, like they should, they should encourage people to spend more. But the State Government is discourage people by taxing more for spending more. I think that is very anti-growth.
The 1% RTA Tax is not much when you consider you must pay 10.01% in sales tax. The State Government is better off if I buy a new car rather than paying 1% RTA tax.
Commerce means selling goods. In ancient times, commerce began with bartering. It was a simple process of exchanging produce for what was hunted. The price of goods was determined by the quantity that both parties were willing to pay. As more and more things were exchanged in society, bartering would naturally become inconvenient. This is why currency was born. In the beginning, the currency itself had a value that could be bartered, but nowadays, the actual currency is a symbol and has no value.
In short, commerce is still about bartering by using the medium of currency. Therefore, the act of selling something is to barter, and it is done at a price that is acceptable to both parties. So it is not a one-sided exchange to benefit the seller.
Some people are not good at receiving money. This is because they think that what they have is worthless. You don't have to think that way. All products have value, and there is nothing wrong with paying for what you have. Please remember that the basis of business is barter.

If the will of the people is to put a man to death, then so be it. After all, this series of trials is just a national event to hang haters. What are you five doing here, Prosecutor?
What are judges for?
If the will of the people were to decide everything, there would be no need for such a prestigious building and authoritative procedures. No need for pompous old men and women! It's not a public survey that makes the decision.
It's you, the scholars of our country! Please make your decision with the pride of those who stand at the top of the judiciary.
When you develop and launch a product or service, it is difficult to know how to set the selling price. We often think about the price by comparing the product's functions with those of other companies. At the same time, we also consider the balance between supply and demand in economics. Recently, there has been a shortage of various products because of the inability to manufacture microchips. The demand for these products exceeds the supply, which itself causes a price premium when selling the few available products. This is most evident in the automobile industry, where it is required to display the manufacturer's retail price using the MSRP method. In short, there are so few new cars to sell that the point of sale is to add to the MSRP.
Today, I would like to talk not about this particular environment, but about the case of determining product prices. I believe that there are two types of products: those that are unique and highly specialized, and those that can be used by anyone. Products that are unique and highly specialized can be sold at a high price, while products that can be used by anyone can be priced to sell.
It is important to consider whether what you are selling is a unique and specialized product or something that can be used by anyone, and set a price that is appropriate for it. It is not enough to sell everything at a low price. Also, if it is a product that can be sold to anyone, it is a good idea to think about what kind of added value you can provide within the product before lowering the price.
This is even higher than when George W. Bush was a President.
I thought that was bad.
Do you think environmentally driven economy and governments are necessary?
Does environment come before the wellbeing of working people?
What did we (working class people) to deserve this? (Other than voting for wackos.)
Currently only about 58% of population in the US is fully vaccinated compared to almost 80% in Japan.
Why are more people in the US not vaccinated?
I wish more people I the US were vaccinated but I truly think it is people's choice. I think the reason why not many people are vaccinated has a lot t do with the way government forcing people to vaccinate. Even with already 80% vaccination, people in Japan who are not vaccinated are waiting in line to be vaccinated.
Governemnt should send messages to get vaccinated without forcing it. As more people learn more about vaccine, they should be more willing. Stop forcing people, it does not work.

Today I would like to share with you my thoughts on trust. When you ask someone to do something for you, what kind of person do you ask? It is normal to choose someone inexpensive, an individual who seems to have a lot of time, someone you know, someone you were referred to, someone with a good reputation, etc., based on your overall needs. We choose people because we want them to do what we ask them to do well. At the same time, you don't want to pay more than you have to.
To satisfy these requirements, companies use the auction method. In this method, the same specifications are given to several companies, and the cheapest one is selected. However, even with the same specifications, there is no guarantee that the finished product will be the same. There are many cases of people who chose the cheapest option and failed in the auction.
So, the next thing to look at is the track record. Have they done similar projects in the past? You also need to ask about the customer's evaluation process. There is a big difference between making an estimate and creating the product. So there are companies that quote what they say they can do, but ultimately can't.
Even if the company has a good track record, if you don't know them, you can't ask them to do the job. The most effective way to get a job is not through advertising, but through referrals from people. This is why companies build networks with many people. So, to get a job, you need to have "skills," "achievements," and "publicity." A website can do all of these things. Does your website contain content that will make customers trust you? Please take a look at your website.
If you have any comments or questions about your website, please contact me.

New diesel cars and truck carry Ammonia (NH3) and disperse it to diesel exhaust. NH3 mixed with NO (Carbon Oxide) and NO2 (Carbon Monoxide), it create N2 (Dinitrogen) and H2O (Water). N2 (Dinitrogen) and H2O (Water) are not pollutant as they are found everywhere.
This Ammonia for cars and tucks are sold as Adblue. Many diesel cars and trucks cannot start engines when Adblue is not detected. So why are diesel cars are not in the market much any more? They can be cleaner than the gasoline cars. That is because of the misinformation about Diesel engines.
I wish there is a Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi diesel cars available in the US. They may be more ECO than EVs and definitely better for environment than gasoline cars. This is what I have learned ... but I may be wrong. What do you think?

Amid the coronavirus disaster, many companies have been promoting remote work. In particular, major IT companies have adopted remote work as a matter of course. However, common sense dictates that remote work is not possible in some industries. If you look at the reality of the situation, there are not many industries that allow remote work.
The following industries do not have remote work opportunities: agriculture, industry, service industry, manufacturing, construction, civil engineering, construction work, transportation, medical care, police/fire/emergency services, and military. The only industries where you can work remotely are those that are doing white-collar jobs. The people who make the world go round can't do anything remotely. So, in my opinion, selfish people and companies who boast about being able to work remotely should be grateful to those who work non-remotely for creating an environment where they can do so.
At my company, we ended remote work on July 1st this year. Needless to say, this was to increase the competitiveness of the company, but it was also in consideration of the fact that many of our customers come to work every day while we are working remotely.
Thanks to all of you who have continued to work in real life during the coronavirus disaster. We were able to work remotely until July - thank you very much. Thank you to all those who continued to work in the real world: agriculture, industry, service, manufacturing, construction, civil engineering, construction work, transportation, medical, police/fire/ambulance, and military.
