ぎょろっけ！

「魚ろっけ」とも書き、魚のすり身を衣を付けて揚げたコロッケの事！

九州や四国など各地にありますが、
有名で知られているのは大分県津久見市の郷土料理です！

魚のすり身に玉葱などの野菜を混ぜて少量の唐辛子を入れてパン粉で揚げてます。

★津久見の太田商店が有名です！
