『御影郷土資料室・嘉納治五郎記念コーナー』

今回新しく改装された御影公会堂の地下にできた資料館です。

【嘉納治五郎】
　　御影で生まれ、柔道の祖として世界的に著名な同氏の功績を称え、
　　公益財団法人講道館、筑波大学、灘中・高等学校など様々な方のご協力のもと、
　　直筆の書や同氏の生誕の地をたどる各種資料等を展示しています。
　　さらに、中央には、講道館のご指導のもと製作した、
　　世界で唯一となる柔道着姿の銅像が威風堂々と立っています。
