　　　　　　　会津のわずか２００石ほどの小さな蔵です。
　　　　　　　山形県産酒未来という酒造好適米を使用しています。

　　『不動　夏吟醸　純米吟醸　無濾過生酒』　　鍋店（なべだな）　千葉県成田市
　　　　　　原料米：酒こまち　　日本酒度：+2　　精米歩合：55%　　アルコール度：15~16度　　酸度：1.4

　　　　　　　食中酒を造らせたら天下一品の蔵です。
　　　　　　　軽快なキレ味と香りのハーモニーが爽やかな「夏吟醸」の純米吟醸です。
